Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 Spotted on Geekbench with Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 has made an appearance on Geekbench, confirming the use of the high-performance Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. Listed under model number SM-F966N, this foldable flagship showcases two major cores clocked at an impressive 4.47 GHz—pointing to the overclocked Snapdragon for Galaxy processor variant.
Despite the benchmark scores currently trailing behind the Galaxy S25 series, this is likely due to the Z Fold 7 still being in development. The “N” at the end of the model number signifies the Korean variant of the upcoming device.

Samsung is expected to make significant improvements over the Galaxy Z Fold6. The Galaxy Z Fold 7 is rumored to feature a slimmer profile, a better under-display camera, enhanced water and dust resistance, and upgraded speakers, offering an overall better user experience.
This leak suggests Samsung is focusing on not just performance but also durability and design innovation in its next-gen foldable.
